National Civil Rights Museum
Went to the National Civil Rights Museum Saturday afternoon. It was a moving experience. Didn't have nearly enough time (got there at 4, it closed at 5), but I would highly recommend going if and when anyone goes to Memphis.
Responding to the panel: OVERCOMING CHALLENGES OF INNOVATION IN COMMUNICATION PEDAGOGY Teaching communication provides unique challenges for each instructor and each level of content. This panel provides a unique lens from which to view the challenges of communication pedagogy and how to overcome those challenges to achieve successful learning. This panel focuses on e-learning and other such technologies that seek to minimize the concessions of communication in the e-learning process. This panel also focuses on critical pedagogy and its effectiveness in a traditional classroom.
